           I am to forward herewith the copy of K.V.S. Letter No. F.110240/(6)/2009-KVS(HQ)(Budget) dated 26.08.2009, together with the guidelines for condemnation & disposal of I.T. equipments from 01.09.2009, for necessary guidance.       

        It is advised that  the  guidelines issued by KVS may be followed strictly while taking up condemnation of  IT Equipments of your Vidyalaya..
